 Customers have
been asking us for a cost-effective solution
to safely shipping remanufactured cylinder heads.
For years, these components have been subject to
damage...until now.
We have developed
two new easy-to-handle boxes for transporting 4
cylinder, V-8, and 6 cylinder heads. Designed to
be impervious to chemicals and solvents, our boxes are
lightweight yet durable, fully shielding the valves and
machined surfaces. Cores are easily shipped back
in these protective boxes, which are then cleaned and

specifications, we custom-designed and manufactured a durable, plastic
reusable
tray that holds a variety of transmissions, and glides
along a roller conveyor line.

PERA
We'll be attending the Production
Engine Remanufacturers Association 2009 Spring Tech
Conference held this coming March 18-20, 2009 in
Charlotte, North Carolina.
This information-rich conference and
spring tech meeting provides a wonderful occasion to
share ideas and experiences with the goal of advancing
the industry and individual businesses.
Highlights of this conference will be tours of both
the Richard Childress Racing
(RCR) and Hendrick Motorsports facilities. RCR has finished
in the top-10 NASCAR Cup Series point standings 20 of
the last 22 seasons, and Hendrick is the only team in
history to win four straight NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series
championships (1995-98).

Here's Why -
Answers to your frequently asked
questions
Question:
Why construct containers out of High Density Polyethylene
(HDPE)? Why not use wood or
metal?
Answer: We
have found High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is perfect for the
applications in which our
products are used. From a chemical
standpoint, HDPE has little branching,
giving it strong
intermolecular forces and tensile strength. It is
durable, won't crack, rot, is highly resistant
to temperature extremes, and is impervious most solvents and
oils. |
Compared to wood
or steel, our containers are lightweight, and stackable (they
even nest when empty saving
space). Plus, our products have no wood splinters or
sharp metal edges to injure
workers.
As an added
bonus, items made from HDPE can easily be recycled into useful
products, including recycling bins, agricultural pipe,
playground equipment, and plastic lumber or the
next generation of Endural products.
